All pricing is based on the tech's location.  In most cases, MTek will have a area tech in or near the market.  Please see the inspection pricing map, it's always growing better. Includes unlimited access and storage for 5 years. 

In addition, our technicians are trained to look for 

  • Change order items
  • Trash on site
  • Broken or damaged items
  • Site location accuracy (geo coordinates)  
  • Access issues such as keys, snow, trees
  • Bird site activity
  • Vegetation issues

If you have multiple sites, please talk to salesman about bulk pricing.

Pricing Time Services
  1. The rate for sites one way 40 miles $400 
  2. The rate for sites one way 45 - 140 miles $550
  3. The rate for sites one way 140 - 260 miles $650 
  4. The rate for sites one way 260 - 400 miles $750   

  Flat rate pricing will be discussed on bulk groups.            

1-3 Days lead time. Time on site 2-3 hours

Urgent items: Our local inspectors can assist you in obtaining photos or conducting a swift assessment of the construction site conditions.” Feel free to let me know if you have any other requests or questions.   $35 hr
